The BEA Mobile HR is mobile application is designed with the idea of easy navigation and management, while providing comprehensive information to users. It contains the following categories:
News - The news menu stores every request submitted by the employee in the system. Requests include leave, sick leave, and outhouse registration. You can view each request in detail and also delete it. The BEA ERP system is automatically set up to notify management by email for each new request.
Absences - All previous employee absence requests are kept here. Detailed information is presented on the duration, status, type and reason for the request.
Overview absences - Overview of the employee’s absences for the selected month.
Outhouse registrations - Allows the employee to register a new request for work outside the office. It is necessary to enter a period - start and end date, reason and description of the absence.
Overview out-house registrations - Contains registered requests for work outside the office for the current, previous or next month.
Tasks - Tasks for the employee are marked.
